Xochicalco 264

Xochicalco 264 was the first development undertaken by ABRE Promotora Inmobiliaria in Mexico City’s Narvarte neighborhood. The project responds to diverse contemporary lifestyles through adaptable units for small families, couples without children, people with pets, and residents who work from home.
Every dwelling includes at least one outdoor space. The buildings are organized around two courtyards that bring natural light and ventilation into the interiors.
The main courtyard connects the vertical and horizontal circulation and is conceived as a shared space for residents. The rooftop includes landscaped areas for both private and communal use.
