IENOVA Offices

Akurat was invited to participate in a closed competition for the design of IEnova’s new offices in Monterrey. The program included private offices, open work areas, meeting rooms, and control rooms located on a lower level.
The proposal connects the program through a central stair that organizes circulation across the available one-and-a-half floors. A carefully developed color palette distinguishes enclosed offices and meeting rooms from the partitions adjacent to open workspaces, helping maximize access to natural light.
Wood finishes, warm materials, and brass accents at the reception area and selected light fixtures create a restrained and comfortable corporate identity suited to day-to-day operations.
