Akurat coordinated BIM implementation across the different disciplines of Sentura Tlalnepantla, a large-scale shopping center on a complex site along Periférico Norte. The architectural design was developed by Arquiconceptos, the structural design by Cadae, and the MEP design by Grupo CIE.
Using the coordinated models and the master construction schedule, we developed a 4D simulation to represent construction sequences, communicate constraints, and support supplier coordination.
During construction, this integration made it possible to visualize progress, compare it with the schedule, and provide the client with clearer information for strategic decision-making.
