Casa AI is a beachfront vacation residence located in El Tomatal, Oaxaca. Commissioned by a private client with a clear vision for her future retreat, the project was conceived as a collection of interconnected living environments rather than a single consolidated building.

AKURAT was responsible for the architectural design and executive project development. The design strategy organized the owners' primary living spaces within a central volume facing the ocean and swimming pool, while guest accommodations and complementary functions such as the studio and yoga space were distributed across independent pavilions linked by landscaped gardens.

This approach created a balance between privacy and shared experiences, while maximizing views, outdoor connections and the site's exceptional coastal setting. Through detailed architectural development and project documentation, AKURAT delivered a comprehensive executive design aligned with the client's goals and expectations.
