Puerta Tlatelolco

Puerta Tlatelolco

Puerta Tlatelolco is a shopping center developed within a former textile factory. The recovery of the existing building and the site conditions required careful execution, together with continuous adjustments to the design and construction system in order to meet delivery objectives.
Akurat contributed construction progress monitoring and architectural design management. To maintain schedule control while preserving the flexibility required by ongoing changes, we applied 4D simulation and linked the project models to construction sequencing.
This approach made it possible to assess the impact of design adjustments, communicate alternatives, and maintain an updated reference for decision-making throughout construction.
