Casa RRR

Casa RRR

Set on a steep, irregularly shaped site, RRR House is organized as a sequence of terraces that allows the building to respond to the topography while connecting its indoor and outdoor spaces.
The entrance level accommodates the private areas, with two bedrooms opening onto a shared terrace. On the lower level, the social areas are arranged as an open-plan space that extends onto a second terrace. The geometry and inclination of these platforms open panoramic views across the valley and, from selected viewpoints, toward the Pacific Ocean.
The design uses the site’s challenging terrain as an opportunity to integrate architecture, landscape, and views, creating a continuous relationship between the house and its surroundings.
